DAPT Score = Age (-2 to 0) + Smoking (+1) + Diabetes (+1) + Index MI (+1) + Prior PCI/MI (+1) + Small Stent (+1) + CHF/Low EF (+2) + SVG PCI (+2)
Score ≥ 2 indicates favorable net benefit for extended DAPT.Clinical Pearls
